The designs play with duality: interlocking heart keys with yellow-green hearts honor the Nakba, the olive harvest and the unconditional love for the land.
The interlocking heart keys symbolise the Nakba and the stories passed through generations, while the hearts symbolise the olive harvest - green for the olive trees and yellow for the sun that ripens them. The olive harvest is the heart of Palestinian heritage: it sustains livelihoods and stands as a profound symbol of resilience, embodying generations of stories, endurance, strength and our inevitable return.
